I have been immersed in the construction world throughout my entire life, thanks to my father who owned a development company for over 25 years. His extensive experience encompassed the construction of diverse structures ranging from residential homes to commercial offices and stores. My active involvement in his company commenced at an early age and continued seamlessly after my graduation from the University of Connecticut with degrees in Business and Political Science.
Upon completing my education, I transitioned into a full-time role within my father's company, contributing significantly to its expansion throughout the state of Connecticut. My responsibilities included cultivating a larger network of realtors, contractors, lenders, and vendors. My specialization in client relations and adept problem-solving skills laid a robust foundation for the establishment of JH Builders LLC.
Over the years, I have played a pivotal role in fostering relationships with esteemed professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, and real estate experts in the Tri-State Area. As a seasoned developer, I possess unwavering confidence in our team's ability to undertake projects of any scale and complexity. The past decade of independent development experience has been a gratifying journey, marked by the successful completion of over 80 projects from inception to completion.
While I carry the torch forward, I reflect on the profound influence of my father's legacy. Although I miss the days of working alongside him, I am dedicated to upholding the standards of excellence he instilled in me.

Additionally, our repertoire includes multi-unit townhouse complexes and fully realized subdivisions.
